Black label with two white-black EMI logos and silver print.
The labels have different texts:
- Side A: "EMI Records Ltd..." - at the beginning of the rim text
- Side B: "A Gramophone Co. Ltd..." at the beginning of the rim text; “MADE IN GT. BRITAIN” under the lower EMI logo.

Laminated (non-flipover) gatefold “Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd” sleeve with outline “stereo” on the front side.

Company non-datecoded inner sleeve.
