Early reissue on dark red labels with "Long Playing (Lp) Microgroove" in one line at the bottom. Asterisk and dagger symbols denote trademark notices.

Release is housed in third version of top-loading stiff paper pink jacket with "Nonbreakable" text on front cover, and has no text at the front top-left corner, but has title and catalog number on rear flaps, in contrast to [r=13404829].

The very first 10" LP record, released in 1948, using existing material that was originally issued as a four-record 78 rpm album on March 4, 1946, catalogue no. C-112.

This 10" LP and the 12" LP [r=3899231] were both printed for the (soon to be announced) "Long Play LPs" for the Columbia catalog, and is considered the first (modern) 10" LP ever. Columbia Records unveiled both of these at a press conference in the Waldorf Astoria in June 1948.
