Dark red 'unboxed' Decca label with silver lettering; full frequency range recording 'ffrr' 'ear' logo.
Label variant:
• Sans-serif font
• No "J/T" tax code.
• "G.E.M.A." under boxed BIEM NCB at left
• A small "S" appears just above and right of NCB
• Matrix number inverted between square brackets above catalog number at right. (The square brackets seem to be part of an internal Decca code: other variants have the matrix number by itself or enclosed in rounded parentheses () or with daggers ††.)

Stamper "mother" and plate numbers are stamped in runouts at 3:00 [letters] and 9:00 [numbers] relative to the matrix number stamped at 6:00, with the UK tax-code "JT" stamped at 12:00.
