A lacquer was made at the Bovema / EMI Studios in Holland (to be identified in the runouts). The same plates were used for different pressings to serve the Scandinavian area (as from the "n©b" rights society notion on the labels), as well as for a Factory Benelux release.

All following editions show could be considered "mispress" : "B" was engraved in the runouts on the side that has the Outside A-side tracks and vice versa.

The outer sleeves of these editions all have a glossy look, but some have a light textured pattern if you look closely from the side, and others clearly not. Some have the "Garrod & Lofthouse" printer on the back of the sleeve.

The square paper printed inner sleeves are exactly the same on all 5 editions.
