No cover with this, only a plain white cover with photocopied piece of paper indicating the release information. The letterhead indicated that this was a label copy and had the address of Elektra Records, along with the date that this record was pressed. Some had add-ons indicating revisions that were requested by the employee of Elektra who received this TP. Revisions are dated. This test pressing has "All songs published by Lido Music BMI" on the A side label, which was removed from the original release, along with publishing credit for each individual song on side b label.
This release is unusual for Elektra test presses because, instead of the label being a standard test press label with handwritten description of the release, the label looks like any traditional white label promo label for Elektra, but all other US promo LPs of this album do not have a white label.

Detailed description of matrix/runout:
All text is hand etched, except for 'STERLING', which is machine stamped. STERLING appears in smaller letters than rest of text elements in the strings.
