Third label variation: Yellow labels (but no harp) introduced in 1968 until 1972 with black printing and a multicolored ATCO logo on the left side of the center and the Broadway address in label rim at the bottom.

This release has all tracks on labels below the spindle hole.

Cat# is 33-111 on front sleeve and spine, but SD 33-111 on rear sleeve and labels.
