Quality Records manufactured and distributed for A&M Records, Inc. U.S.A. until 1970. A&M Records of Canada Limited was established in February, 1970.

Another Canadian release of this album was manufactured by A&M Records of Canada Limited, which would have been a later pressing.

This issue has "Printed In Canada" on the front of the sleeve in small lettering. The inner A&M sleeve states it is printed in U.S.A. at the bottom left hand corner on the back of the sleeve.

The album was later reissued under the title, "Ticket To Ride", with a different cover.
