This edition seems to combine the A side of [r=1779000] that indicates mastering at [l=Customatrix] and the B side of [r=16738269] which has the Don Mills "DM" etchings hence indicating mastering at [l700568].

At least some copies have Columbia "Six Eye" logo on centre labels completely obscured by round black stickers on both sides
There are probably two round black stickers on the cover spine and back.
