All housed in a stable, glossy cardboard box.

>Parts of discs 15 and 16 (15-1, 15-3 to 15-7, 16-1, 16-3 to 16-5) were previously released on JD 1235 by Jazz Door in 1993.
>Discs 15 and 16 were entirely previously released on JD 1287 / 88 by Jazz Door in 1995.
