Available via the band's depechemodeuk.store only, and also on the German Memento Mori pop up bus tour.

Issued in a tri-fold jacket, inner sleeves with credits and lyrics, and a 12″ x 24″ poster.
On the cover, "D" and "M" are foil-embossed.
The fourth side contains an etching of a pair of wings and "est vere malus" centred beneath.
