Note: There is another earlier RCA-6100 red and white obi reissue from the Young Americans era in 1975 by RCA Victor, whereas this second red and white obi reissue is believed to be from 1976 during the Station to Station era and was by RVC and not RCA. Altogether, there were 6 reissues of Aladdin Sane in Japan between 1974 and 1982.

Matrix Numbers/Symbols are a mix of stamped and etched. My interpretation may not be 100% accurate as some were difficult to define even with a magnifying glass. Note: there is also what appears to be a "B" about the 12 o'clock position on Side 1.
