This is part of an "Edicola" (newsagent) series that included a cardboard backing for the first 2 releases.
On the front, you only see "Queen in Vinile", however once you remove the stuck on album, you see a picture of the next release.
On the back, you have some generic advertising, the tracklist for this release, and the list of all releases in the series.
This release was printed on glossy card and advertised the next release "A Kind of Magic"
This format changed for the 3rd release.
