Copies exported for sale in the US had the hype sticker and a Made in UK sticker affixed directly to the front and back of the jacket respectively. These copies were also shrink wrapped and had a barcode sticker placed over the area where the printed barcode is. See photos for more detail.

Generic anti-static die-cut poly lined dust inner sleeves with rounded corners and matte cover.
Some copies come without the poly-lined dust cover in the inner sleeves, but still have the die-cut center hole and rounded corners. The white paper has a matte finish.
