This particular version also did not include the poster contrary to the disclaimer on the front cover. The "Includes poster" part was sometimes stickered over on these copies.
Issued with one-sided printed innersleeve with noise advertising and some are issued with a merchandise order card. This version exist with 2 different printed innersleeves. One with the uncensored image from Death Metal sampler and one with the censored image, both are single sided printed.
