This release has runout indicators from three of the Columbia Records pressing plants: [l403953], [l376197], and [l447694]. An assumption was made that pressing occurred at [l403953], given the "SXT" in the Side D runouts, which denotes a [l403953] pressing with mastering at [l376197]. Further, it was assumed that the small stamped "P" in the Side B runouts denotes that mastering for Side B occurred at [l447694], while the "S" etching in the Side A and C runouts denotes that mastering for these sides occurred at [l376197].

Runouts for all sides are entirely etched except for the following: "P" in Side B and "C" in Side D.
