Early version, variant of first italian issue with BIEM right society, PMCQ 3150 on both labels and laminated cover.
No "Her Majesty" both on sleeve and labels.
Misprint A6 "I Wan You (She's So Heavy)".
Other version of "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" where ended with fade-out effect.

Very similar to the other [r20607445] misprint which differ because "Her Majesty" is printed on the label.
