The key differences are as follows.

The back cover states [b]PRINTED IN GERMANY - IMPRIME EN ALLEMAGNE - IMPRESO EN ALLEMAGNE[/b]

The gatefold inside has glued flaps (like it's counterpart) but does not state "[b]FOURTH PRESSING[/b]".

The cardboard 'cut-out' insert states printed in Germany and does not credit Blake/Haworth or have any signatures (see image).

The inner sleeve is a generic white sleeve (the original may have been replaced).
