Issued in a matte gatefold sleeve plus inner sleeves with lyrics & credits, as well as a rectangular, 12 x 17.6 cm transparent plastic piece featuring band name and album title.

No private printery mentioned on inner sides of gatefold as in later issues.

The only difference to the first edition is the "Lyrics By: Roger Waters" credit and the positioning of the © and ℗ credits on the inner sleeves and the "Produced by David Gilmour" credit replaced by "Written By Roger Waters" on the right side of the gatefold.
