PCS 7067/PCS 7068. # on the cover (spline) is 1 C 192-04 173/74.
On the label of side 1 track 3 is called "Glass Union" (instead of the song's real name "Glass Onion").

On the inside of the gatefold:

This album is almost identical to [r7419527] except on this copy side 3 (YEX 711) has both brackets.
