Reissue from 1991, semi-glossy gatefold sleeve and generic white poly-lined inner (see also info below). Includes 24-page full colour picture book. The barcode on the rear of the gatefold sleeve has been pasted over with a sticker containing the by then newly introduced barcode/cat# string (to match the CD cat#), most likely to use up existing stock first before necessary adjustments were made (hence old identifiers are dominant throughout this issue).

Black center labels with two boxed EMI logos, silver print. Rim text reads “ALL RIGHTS OF THE PRODUCER…”, followed by around the 11 ‘o’ clock position with “UNAUTHORISED COPYING, PUBLIC PERFORMANCE, BROADCASTING, HIRING OR RENTAL OF…”. “MADE IN ENGLAND.”

First cat# on sleeve (2x rear, spine) and center labels, second on back sleeve (boxed), third on back sleeve (appearing as "0C 066 — 06 243", boxed except for "0C")

Runouts entirely stamped on both sides. "D" indicates a DMM (Direct Metal Mastering) pressing.

Tracklisting and corresponding songwriter credits as they appear inside the gatefold sleeve.

On center labels:
Track A6 printed without subtile. No durations printed.
Songwriter credits entirely with surnames only, producer George Martin without the prefix "Big".
