Gatefold cover on the left has a right open-sided pocket for the vinyl, and on the right a foldout panel. Unlike some other versions, the foldout is not tear-off. Initially came with Silver Label single fold protective vinyl packaging and a MoFi labelled rice paper 'Original Master' inner sleeve'.

Although otherwise the durations on the labels would be more accurate, the durations from inside gatefold have been used. The unidentified sub-tracks are:
