- Little circle over ST33 on Label, both sides.
- ST33 in ellipses/ovals and NOT in circles (as this release with same matrix on side B: [r=5830900])
- GEMA in one box and not in two boxes.
- Back cover in the middle "EMI Electrola" and not "Odeon EMI" on the left.
- Different stamped Matrix on side B compared to similar (ST 33 in elipses) version [r=4256926].

Title on cover appears as "The Beatles' Greatest" but labels have it as "The Beatles Greatest".

Track A1 is misspelled on label: I Want To Hould Your Hand
