1st mono pressing, Waddell - credits "My Bonnie" to H.J. Fuller, P.D., ASCAP [r10309079]
2nd mono pressing, Bloomfield - credits "My Bonnie" to Trad. arr. Sheridan-Hill & Range, BMI [this one]
2nd mono pressing, Waddell - credits "My Bonnie" to Arr. Tony Sheridan, Hill & Range Songs, Inc. BMI [r11627714]

There are also Bloomfield [r10410362] and Waddell [r23237918] versions of the Stereo LP, with or without "and others" on the cover. Neither of these have the Sheridan-Hill & Range credit for "My Bonnie".
