This is the original 1968 press on the "Unboxed Decca Record Label" in blue colour with silver lettering.
The vinyl is housed in the first issue in a laminated gatefold sleeve with a blue generic Decca polylined inner sleeve.

This issue has the words "Patents Pending" with printing credits in the lower right hand corner of the back cover.

No J/T tax code on labels but the letters J T are stamped in dead wax on both A and B-side.
