It was issued in a standard case with a 2-panel fold-out single-sided J-card inlay. The shell is grey/white and constructed with a slanted border, a geometric edge pattern, and red on-body printing. The tape window is bevelled, and no durations are printed on the shell.

There are five faux screw heads, and MADE IN U.K. embossed just above the playhead area, all on one side.

OVEDC 158 is printed on the inlay spine.

This reissue marks the second part of the transition to the OVEDC numbering. The first part was [r=6630113], which used old stock but added a sticker. This version used the newly printed inlay with old shell stock.
