Probably the second French pressing, a transition version using stock copies of disc labels with BIEM right society, but introducing new labels with SACEM (replacing BIEM in 1970)
This version has labels showing B.I.E.M on sides A, B and D, and SACEM on side C.

Made in France by Pathé Marconi.
Rim text is in English on four sides.

Gatefold laminated cover only outside. Copies can be found with a sticker "GRAND PRIX INTERNATIONAL DU DISQUE ACADEMIE CHARLES CROS" (in 1969 Awards).
