- the booklet has a printing error: Get Off My Cloud instead of Get Off Of My Cloud.
- artwork says 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 are mono. This is a misprint. The only two tracks in mono are 5 and 8.
- this edition, unlike later pressings (see [r504646]) does not have fade ups. This first edition is the only official release to have Play With Fire, Satisfaction and Get Off Of My Cloud in real stereo.
