Stock issue 45 'UP 36248' in a 'Blackmail' titled picture sleeve. This sleeve was withdrawn and never available commercially. Copies were only sent out for promotion.

Both sides of the record are labelled Side 'A'
However, 'Peaches' is given as UP 36248A and 'Go Buddy Go' is given as UP 36248B.
The label on side 'A' states 'This Is Not The B Side'.
The Label on side 'AA' states 'This Is Not The B Side Either'.
