This is the original European 1994 release, as it does not have mastering nor mould SID codes.

For the [l267848] repress with mould SID code but no mastering SID code, please refer to [r=15559719].
For the [l34825] reissue, please refer to [r=4457505] instead.

Released in special digibook cover (5½” book), with medically themed 36-page booklet. The booklet is stapled, with the first page glued to the inner front part of the cover, while the CD is inserted into a paper pocket glued to the inner back part of the cover.
The text and logos are embossed on the front and the back cover.
Some copies came with a "Compact Disc Digital Audio" sticker on the disc (as it is missing from the original printed artwork).
