The first edition of the Brazilian single can be identified by the "alta fidelidade" box on labels (which are yellow). It exists in two label variations: one without the year of release and another one with "1964" on the left side (this one probably a repress from the same year, as 1965 repressings do not have the "alta fidelidade" box).

It also can be found in two variations of sleeve: the usual plastic bag one ("sandwich cover") and another which is made of a thin glossy paper.
