Back cover has "1841 Broadway, New York, NY" and the labels have "Mfg. by Atlantic Recording Corp. 1841 Broadway, New York, N.Y." (1st version of yellow label design, later have Rockefeller Plaza address).

Label suffix ends in "RI" which indicates pressed at [l408779], which together with label address indicates this was released between 1972-1973.

LP Mastering on Side B has 17:05 song tracked out into 5 sections but listed as one solid track.
