Retail 7 Inch single sold for a short time in New Zealand in 1983 prior to the release of the NZ 12" versions. Although not noted on the release it is clear from the label and catalogue number that it was an Australian EMI pressing. Given the changes happening with GAP / EMI / CBS at the time this is most likely (though not indisputable).

This pressing is almost identical to the 1981 Australian GAP release [url=http://www.discogs.com/New-Order-Ceremony/release/753474]here[/url], except it was released in a custom hard card black die-cut GAP sleeve, without the original Ceremony artwork.

It may have been an Australasian release, or may have been manufactured specifically for a limited New Zealand release. The uploader only knows of the New Zealand retail existence with total certainty, and no similar Australian retail version has previously been uploaded. Possibly literally a "GAP" filler at the time GAP took over from RTC in New Zealand, with Ceremony having already been out some time in other countries.
