2683 004 SELECT on back top-right & "Marketed by Polydor" bottom left.
Black/silver labels 2352 023 & 2352 024. Under the "Verve Records" logo it is written "Distributed Under Licence Of MGM Records Inc. Los Angeles, USA." in one line (see pictures).

Black & white half-tone inner spread with "Biographical Trivia", notes on compositions and a list of influential musicians & celebrities under the heading: "These people have contributed materially in many ways to make our music what it is. Please do not hold it against them".
