This version is a first Canadian issue. Catalog number in the upper left of the label. Side number and stereo is on the right side of the center hole.

Front Cover: Pink Floyd in top left corner in white. Title in top right corner in white. Harvest logo and catalog number in lower right. Small black circle on the top seam that is divided into two halves, indicating that this is a stereo release.
Back Cover: At the top left are the song titles. In the bottom left is a black Harvest logo, a framed black-boxed white EMI logo, and the RIAA logo. Below the logos, framed and printed in black it says: "Manufactured and distributed in Canada by Capitol Records (Canada) Ltd."
Inside Cover: Pictures of the band members. Song titles and credits in top right corner.
