It is a digipak release, from ODEON (MO 1968-2). It says "mono nicht Stereo abspielbar" The cover is the original painting for the "White Album" (same as the Dutch best of record.) It was pulled from that source, cos that gold medal in the corner, is still there, and it is cropped so you can't see all of it. The Cover says, "The Beatles, A Doll's House", and on the bottom says "25 more alternate "White Album" mixes". The back is plain purple, and says:

"The second of two collections of alternate mixes for the "white album", summer / fall 1968. And there are even some unreleased performances as well! Relax! Float downstream and see if you can hear the differences in the mixes! "A Doll's House" was at an early stage a possible title for the "White Album". A cover was prepared by a well-known artist named Patrick (the cover of this digi-pack), but it was never used..."
