Unlike the European releases, A3"Alive And Well And Living In" is replaced by "Inside" and "Inside" has been replaced by "Teacher".

The LP goes in a plastic bag inner sleeve and then in a glossy single sleeve (non gatefold). On the back is a promo-sticker that mentions "Advertencia: Produito Invendavel - Amostra Gratis Tributada Exclusivamente Promocional" which means as much as "Product Not For Sale - Free Sample Exclusively For Promotion".
