Comes in a single pocket gatefold sleeve with lyrics and credits on the interior and a 'Free Digital Download' card valid until December 31st, 2015 inside. A 'Record Store Day' hype sticker was attached to the front of the shrink wrap. It is numbered in gold on the back (usually bottom right) in the format '№ 9999'.

The first Catalog number appears on the labels and the second on the spine.
