"In 1976, or thereabouts, I presented an album to my then record company, RCA. They sent me a telegram, and said, 'If we give you the money, would you please go back to Philadelphia and re-do Young Americans? We don't want this thing you've given us'. So I would like to re-present that album again 25 years later. The album is 'Low'".
