Issued in a front-laminated flipback sleeve.
1st cat# on labels, 2nd on sleeve back and spine.
Gold 'World Stereo' sticker on front sleeve.
Inner sleeve was printed with 'Another World Record Club Presentation'.
Pink labels with 'STEREO' printed vertically at 3 o'clock.

First pressing on the Young World label, with the Parlophone logo at top left, and the catalogue number printed at top right on the front cover. Mono and stereo versions having the same sleeve, a large "S" sticker is attached to the front, and a small rectangular "stereo" sticker is at the top, to obscure the printed "mono". The address combination indicates a 1964 release date.
