"Printed and made by Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd, London W.11. Patent Pending".

Sidenotes: Track B2 should ideally be shown in Upper Case: "SWLABR", being an acronym for "She Walks Like A Bearded Rainbow".
No band personnel credits on this release sleeve, such was the popularity of this trio.
