First released in january 1965. In mid 1965 "blind man" text was censored. Before the censored cover was printed, a paper sheet was pasted on back cover (see close up images) with "blind man" text removed. There is no printer credit, only "made in England".

This release have ''unboxed'' decca Logo on label . Upper label rim states ''Made in England'' on side 1 and "MADE IN ENGLAND. THE DECCA RECORD CO.LTD" on side 2. Early matrix number. K/T tax code on label but JT tax code on runout. Ungrooved label. Release with 65/66 sleeve and labels but pressed in 1968/69. Inner sleeve is dated 2-69. (See release history for detail).
