Notes on the artwork of this release:
1. The artwork on the label has both sides of the single reel listed as "Side 1" and "Side 2", however the back of the box shows the vinyl albums listing in "Side 1", "Side 2", "Side 3" and "Side 4".
2. Tape label says the issue number is "W2-FS-1019" while the box back and spine both say "FST 1019-P".
3. Tape Label claims speed is 7.5 IPS while box claims 3 3/4 IPS on front and spine. I have checked my copy and 3 3/4 IPS is the correct speed for this release.
