Gatefold hard cover; blue framed Stereo Decca inner sleeve.

This is an italian First Pressing.
Everything is made in UK and identical to the more common SKL 5043 version, including the original matrix plates and numbers, materials, label size and type etc., except for the letter "I" (Italy) added on the catalog number and some small details of the label text.
On the back cover: the white rectangle with the cat. number, near the upper right corner, has no hole; the Decca logo on the downer right corner is housed in a light red box.
The labels have not any mark of other rights society.
Narrow quite-deep groove near the center hole.
