12 page booklet stapled inside. All images and text on the sleeve and in the booklet are either monotone sepia or brown text.
The RH vertical inside edge of the back of the gatefold shows 'Sleeve printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse ltd. Patent Pending'
The labels show the D J M Records logo and the external circular text in Yellow, with all other text in Silver on a Black background.
The labels do not show 'Made in England'. No full stops in RPM. 331/3 and RPM shown in a larger font and indented on Side 1.
Side 2 additional text, in capitals beneath all other credits, DICK JAMES MUSIC LTD. (1,3-5) SUNBURY MUSIC LIMITED - MECOLICO (2). 'Sunbury' spelled correctly.
