Instead of a printed inner-sleeve, some copies were issued with a two-sided insert on glossy, white card stock featuring the inner-sleeve design (see images).
Some copies were issued with a silver, circular sticker on the shrink-wrap with the text “Pixies surfer rosa” (see images).
LP appears translucent brown when held up to light.
