Later PDO variant of the original CD release only states "MADE IN USA" (no 'BY PDO') in the matrix ring (which began in '91), and issued in two single standard jewel cases with white disc trays and no bar code on the in-lays.

There is an error on the back of the Disc 1 in-lay, upper right corner, where it incorrectly states the Disc 2 info, showing (DISC 2), the cat # 46444 and DADC # for disc 2. (It is correct on the booklet)

Issued in a long box, which is where the UPC is.

No SID codes, no Apple logos.
