Gatefold sleeve with an unique band picture printed inside, (posing in the masquerade costumes from the video). No text at the spine.
Discs held in die cut matte black paper inners.
Silver injection labels with black text. The Fiction logos are solid black and dot-shaded black on discs one and two respectively. Copyright warnings are moulded at the circumference of the labels.

Features a numbered white sealing sticker:
"Limited edition two record set"
