Two piece lift-off lid type box. The lid section has the cover art on a 7" square sticker. On top of this is the numbered hype sticker. No text to the edges.
The base section has no text but there is a 2" square barcoded sticker.
The box is matte white inside.
The disc is held in a top opening matte paper flipback sleeve with a die cut thumb section.
The 6½" square linen print features the same artwork as on the sleeve picture and box.
