1964 South African LP on the dark blue Parlophone label. PMC 1240 printed both sides of label instead of XEX 503/504 ([r1988721]). "Unauthorised public performance...." Statement on the rim of label, not "Pressed for..." indicate an early pressing.

The sleeve :
- front laminated internal pocket flip-back picture sleeve
- the inside of gatefold is printed with white background as opposed to black found on the early UK pressings
