Repress issued in stiff cardboard jacket with blue front cover, back cover variation with black bar at bottom (compare to blue cover without black bar: [r=17069241]).

Issued on dark red Columbia label with "Long (Lp) Playing" at bottom, design introduced late 1952.

The very first 10" LP record, released in 1948 (re-released in 1950), using existing material that was originally issued as a four-record 78 rpm album on March 4, 1946, catalogue no. C-112.

This 10" LP and the 12" LP [r=3899231] were both printed for the (soon to be announced) "Long Play LPs" for the Columbia catalog, and is considered the first (modern) 10" LP ever. Columbia Records unveiled both of these at a press conference in the Waldorf Astoria in June 1948.
